1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Tabliq AI platform, website, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of a business, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Tabliq AI provides a software platform that enables businesses to manage reservations and bookings, customer data and interactions, operational workflows, and revenue tracking and optimization. We may modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

3. Account Registration and Responsibilities

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, submit false, misleading, or abusive reservation data, interfere with system performance, or attempt unauthorized access. Reverse engineering, copying, or exploiting the platform is strictly prohibited.

5. Customer Data and Compliance

5.1 Ownership: You retain ownership of all customer data you input into the platform.

5.2 Processing: By using the Services, you grant Tabliq AI the right to process data solely for providing the Services.

5.3 Compliance: You are responsible for obtaining necessary consent from your customers and complying with applicable data protection laws (including Singapore PDPA and GDPR where applicable).

6. Fees, Billing, and Payments

If you subscribe to a paid plan, fees are billed on a recurring basis as outlined. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. We may revise pricing with prior notice. Failure to make payment may result in service suspension.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable access; however, our Services are provided “as available” without guarantees for uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, upgrades, or temporary outages may occur.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tabliq AI shall not be liable for loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, or lost/failed reservations. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. We do not guarantee data absolute accuracy, revenue outcomes, or full third-party system compatibility.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to make required payments, or if your use poses an integrity risk. You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
